La Ronge Marathon Paddling Clinic

Marathon Paddling Clinic hosted by Pimiskatan Canoe Club

Instructions will be by Edith Mchattie, one of North America’s top woman marathon canoe racers from Saskatoon & our own Dave Brundage. Learn new technique or brush up on race strategy, wake drafting, paddling in shallows, buoy turns, equipment, etc.

Send registration (first 24 accepted) to wkelly@accesscomm.ca with name & phone number to secure a spot.  Registration fee of $20 can be e-transferred to Pimiskatan Canoe Club at the previous email address or paid by cash/cheque at event.

Open to the general public but must be comfortable around water & previous marathon paddling experience would be of benefit. Canoes, paddles & lifejackets can be provided but bring your favorite equipment.

The clinic will run from 10 a.m. on June 6 and from 9 a.m. – 2 p.m. on June 7, rain or shine. Bring food & water.
