DESCRIPTION:When: May 2-3 2026 \nWhere: Moose Jaw Canoe Kayak Club\, Wakamow Valley\, Moose Jaw\, SK \nCost: $275 \nCourse Description:\nCoaches will learn the foundational paddling literacy stroke\, with an emphasis on the three paddling elements that underpin efficient technique – posture\, balance and propulsion. Coaches will also learn how to effectively plan practices focused on building endurance according to various energy systems. Coaches will explore the concepts of training\, preparation\, and paddling safety.
